Chautauqua County Court proceedings announced

JAMESTOWN -- District Attorney David Foley, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court.

Grady L. Royal, 54, of 29 Wescott St., #2, Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to 2 years determinate in prison with 2 years post release supervision to run concurrently for each of 2 counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 5th degree.

Timothy Nadolny, 22, of 5 South State Street, Ripley, NY, was sentenced to 1-3 years in prison two counts of burglary in the 3rd degree.

Clarence R. Pratt, 22, of 219 Willard St., Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to 1 1/2 years determinate in prison with 1 year of post release supervision for criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 5th degree.

Darnell J. Collins, 21, of 518 E. Ferry St., Buffalo, NY, was sentenced to 1 year in jail for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th degree.

Lawrence Stockmeyer, 21, of 1065 Hopper Rd., Forestville, NY, was sentenced to 5 years probation and 100 hours of community service for grand larceny 4th.

Tiffany M. Salter, 24, of 29 Wescott St., #2, Jamestown, NY, was sentenced to time served and 3 years probation for attempted grand larceny 4th.

 Randolph Thomas II, 22, of 224 Ruggles St., Dunkirk, NY, was sentenced to 11 months in jail for violation of probation.

Steven T. Tirpak, 21, of 10033 Hillwood Dr., Wattsburg, PA, was sentenced to 9 months in jail for violation of probation.

Jerol K. Melnick, 31, of 137 W. Main St., Apt. #1, Ripley, NY, was sentenced to 5 years probation for grand larceny 4th concurrent with a 1 year conditional discharge and restitution for unlawful fleeing of a police officer.
