On 5/6/08, George M. Wise II, 36, of 11 Maryland Dr., Fulton, NY was arrested at 9:58 a.m. on a Family Court Warrant out of Oswego County, in a City of Fulton business, charging him with violating Article IV of the Family Court Act ( failure to pay child support).  Mr. Wise was arraigned before the Hon. Judge Kerfien of the Town of Volney Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $5000.00 cash or $10000.00 bail bond.

On 5/7/08 at 12:40 a.m.,  Mark R. Villeneuve, 52, of 243 Pople Ridge Rd., Mexico, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree (6 scoffs); Operating a MV w/out Inspection Sticker and  Depositing Refuse on the Highway after a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Palermo.  Mr. Villeneuve was issued UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Palermo Court on 5/12/08.
