On 4/25/08 at 3:20 a.m., David W. Leighton, 32, of 1959 Harwood Dr., Lacona, NY was operating a 2006 Sterling tractor trailer registered to M & T Transport, 439 N. Main St., Mannsville, NY when while reportedly stopped at the stop sign of the I-81 Northbound off ramp was rear ended by a 1998 Dodge driven by William C. Rowland, 42, of 1539 CR 15, Lacona, NY.  Mr. Rowland was issued a ticket for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.  Driver inattention and following too closely seem to have been contributing factors.

On 4/25/08, Shane Brock, 30, of 65 Larnard Rd., Pennellville, NY was arrested at 1:06 a.m. for Disorderly Conduct after the investigation into a fight in progress incident which reportedly took place in the parking lot of the Three Rivers Plaza in the Town of Schroeppel.  Mr. Brock was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Schroeppel Court on 5/14/08.

On 4/30/08 at 1:15 p.m., Tiffany S. Van Horn, 26, of 1204 Middle Road, Oswego, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree; Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Inspection Sticker and Driving Out of Class after a traffic stop at the intersection of Middle Road and CR 63 in the Town of Scriba.  Ms. Van Horn was issued UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Scriba Court on 5/8/08.

On 5/1/08, Daniel M. Lambert, 29, of 169 North 5th Street, Fulton, NY was arrested at 6:59 a.m. based on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Oswego County.  Mr. Lambert was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2500.00 bail bond and will return to Oswego County Family Court on 5/15/08.

On 5/1/08,  Michael A. Pupparo, 42, of 14021 Smith Rd., Sterling, NY was arrested at 8:45 p.m. in the village of Red Creek,  based on a bench warrant out of the Town of Granby Court and in the same incident he was picked up on a bench warrant out of the Town of Hannibal Court.  Mr. Pupparo was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $1500.00 cash or $3000.00 bail bond. Mr. Pupparo will return to the Town of Granby Court on 5/8/08 and to the Town of Hannibal Court on 5/13/08.

On 5/1/08, Victoria L. Perez, 34, of 1908 Eno Rd., Martville, NY  was arrested at 11:40 p.m. for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree; Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Speed Exceeding State Limit after a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Hannibal.  Ms. Perez was issued tickets, returnable to the Town of Hannibal Court on 5/20/08.
