Chautauqua County Court proceedings announced |

District Attorney David Foley announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court. Matthew R. Raymond, 19, of 111 Hamilton, Buffalo, NY, was sentenced to 3 years determinate in prison with 5 years post release supervision for burglary in the 2nd degree. Richard Spengler, 67, of 58 Fifth St., Randolph, NY, was sentenced to 2 years in prison with 1 1/2 years post release supervision for assault 2nd concurrent with 10 months in jail for criminal trespass 2nd. Lonnie W. Brown, Jr., 68, of 5124 Rt. 380, Stockton, NY, was sentenced to 1 3/4 to 5 1/4 years in prison with a 1 year driver's license revocation for felony DWI. Leonel A. Cabrera, 22, of 58 W. 14th St., Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to 1 1/3 to 3 years in prison for criminal contempt in the 1st degree. Thomas Kimbrough, 37, of 15 Strong St., Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to 1 year in jail for reckless endangerment 2nd consecutive with 6 months in jail for resisting arrest. Dennis Cash, Jr., 19, of 63 Central Ave., Brocton, NY, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and 3 years probation for assault 3rd. Jeobany Cruz-Rivera, 20, of 202 Central Ave., Dunkirk, NY, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and 6 years probation for sexual abuse in the 2nd degree. Rolando Rivera-Santos, 33, of 616 Canary St., Dunkirk, NY, was sentenced to 2 months in weekend work release and 5 years probation for 3 counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 4th degree. |
