SYRACUSE – Federal officials Tuesday said that two men, David Lust, 46, of Poland, NY, and Dominick Bonanza, 34, of Clayville, NY, pled guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute it. Both men now face up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine when they are sentenced in September. U.S. Attorney Suddaby again commended the collaborative efforts of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the New York State Police, the Onondaga County Sheriff's Department, and the Oneida County Sheriff's Department. He also expressed his appreciation of the support and cooperation provided by Donald Dodd and the District Attorney's Office in Oswego County. |
