On 4/08/08, Jordon L. Somers, 21, of 4 Ellen St., Fulton, NY, was charged at 12:40 a.m. with Operation While Registration Suspended (insurance lapse on 3/26/08) and Inadequate Lighting following a traffic stop after he was reportedly observed driving eastbound on SR 3 in the Town of Granby with only one headlight.  Mr. Somers was released on tickets returnable to town of Granby Court on 4/14/08.

On 4/15/08, Robert J.Salzman, 30, of 950 Miller Road, Westdale, NY, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. at his residence based on a warrant issued by Town of Redfield Court charging him with violating the Sex Offender Registry Section of Corrections Law by reportedly failing to change his address.  Mr. Salzman was arraigned before Town of Redfield Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,500 bail bond.  He is scheduled to return to Town of Redfield Court on 4/16/08 to answer this charge. Mr. Salzman was also arrested based on a bench warrant issued by Town of Williamstown Court charging him with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Second Degree.  He was arraigned before Town of Redfield Court on this charge as well and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,500 bail bond.  Mr. Salzman is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Williamstown Court on 4/15/08.
