On 3/31/08 at 12:19 p.m., Timothy L. Goodwin, 20, of 170 S. 15th St., Lindehurst, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree and Failure to Obey a Traffic Device after a traffic stop on SR 48 in the Town of Minetto.  Mr. Goodwin was released on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Minetto Court on 4/17/08.

On 4/01/08, Jessica L. Southgate, 18, 38 Birch Lane, Bldg #41 Apt. #B, Oswego, NY was arrested at 1:15 p.m. for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree; Inadequate Muffler; and Improper Bumper after a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Granby.  Ms. Southgate was issued UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 4/14/08.

On 4/01/08, Amy S. Nord, 31, of 135 Furniss Station Rd., Oswego, NY was arrested at 8:15 a.m. for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without an Inspection Certificate after a traffic stop on SR 48 in the Town of Granby.  Ms. Nord was released on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 4/21/08.

On 4/01/08, Keith D. Spraker, 38, of Sauter Rd., Bldg #39, Central Square, NY was arrested at 6:00 p.m. at the Oswego County Public Safety Center for Criminal Contempt, 1st , a class E felony and Aggravated Harassment, 2nd , a misdemeanor. The charges stem from an incident that occurred at a Town of Granby residence in which Mr. Spraker allegedly made verbally threatening phone calls to a female to who which has the Order of Protection against Mr. Spraker.
