On 3/25/08, Jennifer K. Dempsey, 28, of 884 Cayuga St., Fulton, NY, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor, after she was accused of having an ongoing and continuous course of conduct in which she allegedly fostered and engaged in an inappropriate intimate relationship with a 16 year old male student.  Ms. Dempsey is currently a teacher in the City of Oswego School District.  She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge before Oswego City court on 4/03/08.
