File may take time to start streaming on slower Internet connections

On 3/23/08, Charles H. Duffy, 20, of 63 Harvest Dr., Oswego, NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor and Speed Not Prudent at 10:23 p.m. resulting from an investigation into a MVA which occurred on West Lake Rd. in the Town of Oswego. Reportedly Mr. Duffy’s vehicle was traveling in an easterly direction when it allegedly lost control leaving the roadway and striking some trees.  Mr. Duffy was issued UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Oswego Court on 4/07/08.

On 3/24/08, Wendy A. Richards, 41, of 544 County Line Rd., Phoenix, NY was arrested at 11:00 a.m. for Forgery 2nd and Possessing a Forged Instrument, both class D Felonies resulting from an investigation into a fraud complaint made by Wal-Mart in Fulton in which Ms. Richards altered a prescription issued by a doctor.  Ms. Richards was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court, returnable to the Town of Granby Court at 7:00 p.m.

On 3/24/08, Drew M. Hemler, 21, of 8418 Theodolite Dr., Baldwinsville, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor at 2:30 p.m., resulting from a complaint made by the manager of the Nice and Easy convenience store located at 485 Main St, Phoenix, NY in which Mr. Hemler, as an employee,  was accused of stealing  money from the cash drawer.  Mr. Hemler was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Schroeppel Court on 4/08/08.

On 3/23/08, Aaron J. Thomas, 26, of Rt 11A, Onondaga Nation, NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated DWI( BAC over .08%); and Public Lewdness, all misdemeanors after a traffic stop on Interstate 81 South in the Town of Parish in which Mr. Thomas was observed urinating on the shoulder of the road.  Mr. Thomas was arraigned in the Town of Richland Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750.00 cash bail or $1500.00 bail bond.  He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Parish Court on 4/08/08.

On 3/21/08 at 5:36 p.m., Laurie K. Garland, 40, of 623 Kibbie Lake Rd., Constantia, NY was operating a 1994 Mercury traveling north on Kibbie Lake Rd., north of SR 49 in the Town of Constantia when she allegedly moved to the right for an oncoming vehicle and when trying to correct, she lost control striking a ditch, culvert and mailbox.  Ms. Garland was transported to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.

On 3/21/08 at 6:32 p.m., Amanda R. Bremeran, 29, of 225 East Bloomfield St., Rome, NY was operating a 2008 Mitsubishi on CR 23, north of CR 23A in the Town of Constantia, when she approached a 1996 Chevy being driven by Alexander E. Cross, 18, of 1481 SR 49, Constantia, NY from behind in which Mr. Cross’s vehicle had no working signal lights and inadequate brake lights.  Attempting to avoid a collision, Ms. Bremeran crossed into the oncoming lane where her vehicle was struck by Mr. Cross’s as he was making a left hand turn into a private drive.  Mr. Cross was issued a ticket for Inadequate or No Stop Lamps.
