Chautauqua County Court proceedings announced
District Attorney David W. Foley announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court.
Gerald A. Stroud, Jr., 22, of 74 Grimes St., Buffalo, NY, was sentenced to 2 years in prison with 2 years post release supervision for criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 4th degree.
Brandon C. Taylor, 25, of 15 W. Chadakoin, Celeron, NY, was sentenced to 2 years in prison with 2 years post release supervision for violation of probation.
Robert L. Wofford, 51, of 49 W. 14th St., Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to 1 1/2 years in prison with 1 year post release supervision for criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 5th degree.
Carlos S. Mendez, 31, of 222 King St., Dunkirk, NY, was sentenced to 4 months in jail for grand larceny 4th and attempted criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd.
