File may take time to start streaming on slower Internet connections

On 2/27/08, Noel J. Baker, 43, of 52 Evans Road, Pennellville, NY, was arrested at 4:14 p.m. for Issuing a Bad Check, a class B misdemeanor, after he allegedly issued a check with insufficient funds to a Town of Scriba business for payment of goods delivered to a Town of Hastings business.  Mr. Baker was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Hastings Court on 3/12/08.

On 3/06/08 at approximately 4:43 p.m., members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident that occurred on CR 57 just north of Van Buren Road in the Town of Volney.  Upon arrival it was determined that the accident involved four vehicles, two on the roadway and two parked.  A Fed-Ex van driven by Nicholas Fasulo, 23, of 7209 Kendal Drive, East Syracuse, NY, was reportedly traveling northbound on CR 57 and attempted to make a left turn into a parking lot.  Fasulo crossed into the path of a southbound 2007 Nissan pickup truck driven by Gregory Bixby, 24, of 26 Lanning Drive, Fulton, NY.  After the initial impact, the Nissan struck two mini vans in the parking lot.  Standing between the mini vans at the time of impact were Ann Hardy, 61, of 198 E. Albany St., Apt. A6C, Oswego, NY, and Judith Mc Manus, 58, of 193 W. Sixth St., Oswego.  Ms. McManus was taken to the Oswego Hospital while Ms. Hardy was air lifted to University Hospital in Syracuse.  Assisting with the investigation were members of the Town of Volney Fire Department.  The investigation into the accident continues at this time.

On 3/06/08, Mark E. Beard, 34, of 410 South Daysville Road, Pulaski, NY, was arrested at 8:00 a.m. based on a bench warrant held by NYSP-Pulaski, which was revealed during an unrelated investigation after Mr. Beard was observed and subsequently questioned while he was standing outside his vehicle which was stopped on US Route 11 in the Town of Richland.  Mr. Beard was turn over to a member of the New York State Police for further processing.

On 3/06/08, James C. Peet, 41, of 14A Green Acres Drive, Central Square, NY, was charged with Criminal Trespass, Third Degree, a class B misdemeanor, stemming from a complaint that he allegedly entered Fravor Road Middle School in Mexico on 3/03/08 and after signing in at the office, receiving a guest pass, and being told he was not to leave the office, he allegedly proceeded through the school to a classroom unescorted.  Mr. Peet was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Mexico Court on 4/01/08.

On 3/06/08, Jason R. Fellows, 28, 956 CR 25, Oswego, NY, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. for Criminal Contempt, First Degree, a class E felony, stemming from a domestic incident that occurred at his Town of Minetto residence when he allegedly slapped  the individual named in an Order of Protection.  Mr. Fellows was arraigned before Town of Minetto Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bail bond.  He is scheduled to return to Town of Minetto Court on 3/13/08.
