Bay Shore man charged with several area robberies
Bay Shore – The Suffolk County Police Department arrested and charged a Bay Shore man for a string of robberies in the Bay Shore area.
Police arrested James Wright, 17, of 2061 Union Boulevard, for an outstanding robbery warrant and false personation.
Further investigation revealed that Wright was responsible for seven additional robberies in the Bay Shore area between June and December 2007.
In all seven robberies, Wright either displayed or threatened the use of a handgun and he always demanded the victim’s money.
