District Attorney, David W. Foley, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court. Scott P. Biekert, 20, of 12 Academy St., Westfield, NY, was sentenced to 1-3 years in prison for violation of probation concurrent with 1 1/2 years in prison with 1 year post release supervision for criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree. Gordon Raynor, Jr., 34, of 2789 Marks Rd., Sherman, NY, was sentenced to 1 year in jail for violation of probation. Jason A. Pangborn, 26, of 9665 Rt. 430, Sherman, NY, was sentenced to 6 months in jail and 5 years probation for burglary 3rd concurrent with 6 months in jail and 5 years probation for criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd. Jason A. Pangborn, 26, of 9665 Rt. 430, Sherman, NY, was sentenced to 6 months in jail and 5 years probation for burglary in the 3rd degree and criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd degree, to run concurrently. Clifton T. Lynch, 18, of Greenbush Building #8, Brocton, NY, was sentenced to 6 months in jail for violation of probation. Leonel A. Cabrera, 21, of 252 Sampson St., Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to 5 years probation and 2 months in jail for grand larceny 4th concurrent with a one year conditional discharge for attempted grand larceny 4th. James Irwin, 27, of 114 Bliss St., Westfield, NY, was sentenced to 3 years probation and 30 days electronic home monitoring for endangering the welfare of a child. Patricia Near Eppinger, 28, of 27 Kingsbury St., Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to time served and 5 years probation for criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 5th degree. Tyshawn Wells, 20, of 173 Blaine Ave., Buffalo, NY, was sentenced to time served and 5 years probation for criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 5th degree. |
