ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares announced today that JONATHAN BONESTEEL, 30, of Cohoes, was sentenced to 7 years in State Prison, to be followed by 10 years of Post Release Supervision, before the Honorable Stephen W. Herrick in Albany County Court this morning.
Bonesteel was found guilty of having had sexual relations with a 4-year-old female child. He has been sentenced to 7 years in state prison followed by 10 years of probation.
